The first thing you can do is eliminate the amount of unnecessary fats and sugars that you consume. It’s no secret that a diet high in fats and sugars is bad for you. Start by cutting sugar from your coffee, tea and cereal. Than restrict the amount of fast foods you eat and soda that you drink.
Fast foods like Pizza and Curry’s are extremely high in calories and you would need to do hours of exercise just to work those calories off. So the best advice is don’t even eat that high fat food in the first place.
Eat smaller meals and more often during the day. You should aim for between 4-6 meals each day. Eating smaller portions allows your metabolism to work faster and more efficiently. If you eat too much at one time, your body will store all those excess calories that it doesn’t burn.
Its advisable to eat first thing in the morning to kick-start your metabolism, than eat snack size portions throughout the day. Also have your last meal in the early evening, allowing your metabolism enough time to burn that food.
Increase your physical activity each day. If you are desperate to lose weight quickly, doing exercise accelerates the amount of weight that you can lose. Just dieting on it’s own is not enough, you should include an exercise regime alongside a healthy eating plan. The suggested daily exercise is at least 30 minutes per day, For quicker results, you can increase your exercise to 60 – 90 minutes per day.
Drink lots of water. Water is a vital component of any weight loss program and you should increase the amount of water you drink wherever you can. Water is great at suppressing hunger, so by constantly hydrating through the day you will limit the amount of food you consume. Water also has many other health benefits like aiding with food digestion and improving skin condition.

Question by Smile: How do I stop dating bad guys just because I am lonely?
I’m 17. I know I sound really pathetic but I hate being alone and feeling lonely. The only guy that has shown any interest in me in the past year is a bad guy. I only put up with him because I’m lonely. I’d rather have a bad guy with me then be single which I hate about myself. He’s being really mean to me and threatening me.
The only guys that ever do show any interest in me are bad/abusive guys and I feel like I have to date them anyways just because they’re the only guys that pay an ounce of attention to me.
And yeah I would date a good guy that treats me well but I’ve never met a guy like that or obviously I would be with him.
How do I stop dating bad guys? This is making me miserable
Answer by Matt You’re just going to have to meet guys that are nice.
Question by Michele: im feeling really lonely….?

Answer by soft honesty the whole Idea of dating is to find the right guy…..you won’t know a guy is right unless you spend time with him. Trust me..”the one” won’t come knocking at your door..you’ve got to go find him.

“Do not let your fire go out, spark by irreplaceable spark in the hopeless swaps of the not-quite, the not-yet, and the not-at-all. Do not let the hero in your soul perish in lonely frustration for the life you deserved and have never been able to reach. The world you desire can be won. It exists.. it is real.. it is possible.. it’s yours.”

Question by Deb: First date woes – talked about another girl on our first date, then 3 day ruled me after the date?
Me: Mid-40′s, divorced for 15 years, lonely and would really like to meet the right guy.
Him: Mid-40′s, divorced for less than a year, very cute and lives in my complex.
We both lead busy lives, but we went on a first date last weekend. The conversation was amazing, until he brought up an old high school romance, and said he might look her up on Facebook, even though he claims to detest Facebook. After dinner, he invited me to his place. I said no thanks. I’m not going to a guy’s place on the first date. Then, he didn’t talk to me for 3 days, and now he is texting me again.
Was it bad taste on his part to bring up the old girlfriend that he wants to be in contact with again? Is it bad taste for a guy to not talk to a girl for 3 days after going out with her? I don’t want to ruin this chance, but I also don’t like the way things have started out. What gives?
Answer by boilerrat Grow up- there are no more dating ruless after like age 17.
